Absolute Property Improvements is a family run construction team specialising in everyday modern renovations, additions and repairs with emphasis on classical elegance. We transform old rotted timber and fibro 3 bedders into simple, elegant flowing floorplans with colourbond roofing, skylights, large windows and door units and interesting use of textures and surfaces both inside and out. Wherever possible we adhere to green building standards for sustainable living and opt to use natural materials like timber, glass, metal and stone.
We stay up to date on the latest building news through our business association with Master Builders Australia and Housing Industry Australia who offer plenty of information, trade shows and courses every year. We have high standards for ourselves and our associated subcontractors and suppliers and, depending on the area in which we are working, our team changes to suit our clients’ and our subcontractors' needs. We see ourselves as being just as happy to travel from our Umina Beach base to Sydney's Northern Beaches and suburbs for work as we are to drive around the corner to Patonga, Umina, Avoca Beach, Terrigal or Ourimbah.
Our work is understated and of high quality. We can organise the design, building and management of your project so you can sit back and relax or you can organise parts of the job yourself such as decorating to lessen the overall job cost.
